A properly packaged unit incorporates the principles of ion exchange, degasification and polishing, to produce mineral free water.

A.H.Corporation incorporates good design procedures for optimum results from demineralisation. With mixed bed (MB) ion exchanger, high purity water can be produced for high-pressure boiler applications. Proprietary Ion exchange resins used in our demineralisation plants comply with stringent quality norms. [/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2446″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”MEMBRANE SYSTEMS” tab_id=”1540706826520-13542cba-69f7″][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=”MEMBRANE SYSTEMS” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%231e73be” google_fonts=”font_family:Source%20Sans%20Pro%3A200%2C200italic%2C300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%2C700italic%2C900%2C900italic|font_style:600%20bold%20regular%3A600%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]UF system is used to reduce contaminants, such as oil and grease, and suspended solids.Ultrafiltration is based on membrane technology, consisting of several membrane modules that efficiently remove a wide range of microscopic particles, colloidal matter and pathogens, including viruses and bacteria.

NF system is a rapidly advancing membrane separation technique for water and wastewater treatment. NF can be defined as a pressure driven process wherein the pore size of the membrane (0.5 – 1 nm) as well as the trans-membrane pressure (5 – 21 atm) lies between reverse osmosis and ultra-filtration.

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2448″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]Due to the lower operating pressure and higher flow rates, nano-filtration is inexpensive when compared to reverse osmosis. NF membranes allow partial permeation of monovalent salts such as sodium chloride while rejecting bivalent salts and hardness to a greater extent from aqueous solutions. NF can lower TDS and hardness, reduce color and odor, and remove heavy metal ions from ground water. Nanofiltration is used as an independent system to treat water, or as a pre-treatment to reverse osmosis, thereby, reducing the load on RO.

RO,EDR & ED systems reduce ions ie dissolved solids.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a process of physical separation of dissolved solids and minerals present in water. This technology uses the principle of osmosis, wherein the mineral concentration of raw water is reduced by applying high pressure through a semi-permeable membrane. RO technology offers maximum flexibility to meet diverse requirements.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2447″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”RAW WATER TREATMENT” tab_id=”1540708838179-c4266443-9357″][vc_custom_heading text=”Filtration” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%231e73be”][vc_column_text]

Multi Grade Filter / Pressure Filters

Depth filters for removal of suspended solids and turbidity using coarse and fine media mixed together in a fixed proportion. The specially graded sand media produces a filter bed with adequate pore dimensions to retain both large and small suspended particles. This filter performs at a substantially higher specific flow rate than conventional filters. Specific flow rates of 15-30 m/h have been successfully obtained for treating water containing 25-50 ppm suspended solids to produce filtrate with less than 5 ppm.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2452″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]

Activated Carbon Filters

Granular activated carbon are ideally suited for dechlorination of water with free chlorine content, deodourisation, decolourisation and removal of organic matter. The free chlorine is reduced to “not detectable” levels.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2451″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][vc_custom_heading text=”Clarification” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%231e73be”][vc_column_text]

High Rate Solids Contact Clarifier

High performance clarifier incorporates design of internal solid recirculation, optimising chemical consumption and making it more economical than conventional clarifiers.  Works on principles of coagulation/flocculation and hydraulic separation to produce clarified water of the highest quality; flash mixer, flocculation and thickener mechanism are inbuilt.  They reduce chemical requirement, save space and are easy to operate.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Lamella Clarifier

Series of inclined plates (lamellae) achieve effective solid-liquid separation.  Large settling surfaces concentrated within relatively small floor area, so for same liquid flow, occupies 1/10th footprint of conventional clarifier. Laminar, stable flow and excellent effluent quality; modular design, no moving paths, removable plates can be lifted easily and cleaned with operation shutdowns.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Lampak

Compact, packaged, containerised system incorporates mixing, flocculaton, clarification and filtration in a single unit. It is designed to treat raw surface water having total suspended solids (TSS) as high as 500 mg/l. A single module of INDION Lampak can produce 25 m[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2454″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”SOFTENING SYSTEMS” tab_id=”1540709135096-6114d7c2-1bbe”][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=”SOFTENING SYSTEMS” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%231e73be”][vc_column_text]Softening is a widely used technology for reducing hardness forming ions (Ca& Mg) which precipitate and scale at very low temperatures and pressures. Softening is a reversible ion exchange process wherein the hardness forming ions are exchanged with sodium ions present in the resin group.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2456″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”zoom”][/vc_tta_section][/vc_tta_accordion][/vc_column][/vc_row]
